Steps
  1. Cook half a cup of oatmeal in a saucepan with half a cup of water until it reaches the consistency of porridge. Add granulated sugar, olive oil and salt and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the remaining one and a half cups of oatmeal and pumpkin seeds. Preheat your oven to 160 degrees. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper and bake for about 30 minutes.

  2. For the custard, cook all the ingredients except labneh in a saucepan until it thickens and reaches the consistency of custard.
  3. When it cools, add the labneh and whisk.
  4. Beat all the ingredients for the interlayer with a mixer. (For the pumpkin puree, place the pumpkins you diced for the pumpkin puree on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated 180-degree oven until it reaches the consistency to prick a fork and then blend it into a puree)
  5. Put custard, pumpkin and oatmeal in the mugs.
