Steps
  1. Put the meat and fat in a casserole dish and start sautéing.
  2. When the meat has absorbed the water, add the carrots, onion and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Add red pepper, tomato paste and paprika powder. Saute for 3 more minutes. Add enough hot water to cover and leave to cook for about 2 hours, checking the water and salt. 

  4. Finally add the potatoes and cook until soft. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
