Steps
  1. Soak quicklime and 2.5 liters of water in a jar the night before.
  2. The next day, transfer the water from the jar to another bowl without stirring the bottom. Put the zucchini in this water and rest for 12 hours.
  3. Then remove the zucchini and soak them in normal tap water for 1 hour. Separately, put 5 cups of water and granulated sugar in a saucepan, boil for 5 minutes and cool.
  4. Put the zucchini into the cooled syrup and put it on the stove. When it starts to boil, turn the heat down. And cook for about an hour. Add the lemon salt close to the stove and boil for another hour.
  5. When it starts to cool, dip it in the pistachios and place it on a serving plate.
