Pumpkin Profiterole and Caramel Tahini Sauce

Pumpkin Profiterole and Caramel Tahini Sauce

Here is a profiterole recipe that can be made quickly for guests and will gather all the likes with both its appearance and stylish presentation! One-bite profiterol balls, which are lined up on serving plates with delicious filling cream in a soft puff dough, turn into a feast of flavor with tahini sauce on top. These very special balls shaped on the basis of this dough are known as "Cream puff" in French cuisine. Pumpkin, which appears on the stalls when the calendar leaves start to show the autumn-winter months, endears itself to us once again with its soft and intense flavor in the profiterole recipe. When you read the title, you might say "How so?". We don't know how it all came together, we don't know what happened, but we know one thing, this dessert will be a hit! Health to your hands in advance.

Steps
  1. Put the onion, garlic, mushrooms, green pepper and oil in a saucepan and start sautéing.
  2. When the mushrooms have absorbed the water, add the tomato paste.
  3. When you smell the tomato paste, add the remaining ingredients except the cream. Leave to cook with enough water to cover.
  4. In a separate bowl, knead the ingredients for the csipetke (dumplings). It should be a hard dough.
  5. Roll out on a floured countertop to 1 cm thick. Sprinkle plenty of flour on a tray and pick small pieces from the dough and roll them in flour to prevent them from sticking to the flour on the tray.

  6. Boil enough water in a separate pot. Sift the floured dough pieces through a sieve to remove excess flour. Add the dough to the boiling water.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and stir. Bake until the dough floats to the surface and is no longer crisp.
  8. Add the cream to the cooked and drained chicken dish and mix.
  9. Put the chicken dish on a serving plate and place the cooked csipetke next to it. Drizzle extra cream over the chicken and sprinkle with parsley.
